1) rename DistortedTexture's setColor to setColorARGB2) fix the Wiind app to take into account paused time3) fix the Dynamic so that if a single Dynamic is used more than once (in more than one effect) than it doesn't get adjusted for paused time multiple times.
A lot of changes.
1) main vertex shader: remove support for degree_object. This functionality will hopefully come back when we introduce other than circular regions.2) MeshBase: remove the need to set a Bounding box (this is the point of the whole thing - we wanted to get rid of this so that the advances in MeshJoined will be easier)...

Invert the order of Matrix Effects. Now, just as in the other queues, the first matrix effect is actually the first to act on the object - not the other way around!
Correct the Legal notice.

Some improvements to the Wind app - still does not look very realistic though :(
Redefine the Vertex Region from (x,y,r,unused) to (x,y,z,r). This takes into account the 'Z', which makes it possible to warp only one side of a 3D Mesh like Sphere.
Also corresponding changes in applications.
Further progress with Apps: 27 (out of 31) compile now.

Change of names.
Beginnings of split of DistortedObject into two separate classes: DistortedEffectQueues and DistortedTexture.
Still does not compile, but pushing already.
Progress with WindManager.
Dynamics: Introduce 2 Modes of operation:
- 'random access' mode, where we are able to call a single Dynamic from multiple thread simultaneously.- 'sequential' mode, which only permits sequential interpolation from one client.
The second mode has an advantage when one needs to change mDuration: it keeps on interpolating smoothly. In the first mode, this is not possible.
