Further progress with Postprocessing. Now the missing bits are:

- implement Distorted.getFBO()
- implement Distorted.clean()
- improve compilation of DistortedPrograms so that the NUM_POSTPROCESSING and names of POSTPROCESSING effects will be #defined.
